Description

------ ABOUT THE GLA250 ------ Stylish, sleek, and mountain-ready, let the 2017 GLA-250 4MATIC get you where you want to go--comfortably and fashionably. Stuffed with luxuries including heated leather seats with electronic adjustment, a built-in navigation system (essential when you're outside of cell reception range), adaptive cruise control, multi-zone climate control, and a premium sound system, all atop an all-wheel-drive, 7-speed transmission driven by Mercedes' 4MATIC turbocharged 2.0-liter engine. This is simply a _fun_ car to drive. Pop the Dynamic Select into Sport profile and zip to your destination, or into Comfort for a smooth and silent ride. Bask in the enormous panoramic sunroof, or slap your skis on the rack and head towards the slopes. The vehicle supports both Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, so you can bring your own tunes and navigation. If you don't have a smartphone with you, or if you find yourself without reception, the built-in GPS navigation and SiriusXM satellite radio have you covered. Perfect for winding through the mountains or cruising downtown. Go on an adventure. Arrive in style. You'll receive the vehicle spotless, fully fueled, well-maintained, and ready to go. You bring the occasion, or just enjoy the ride! Premium (91+ octane) fuel only, please. You'll feel why when you put the pedal down, but note that lower-octane gasoline can cause damage to the engine. Skis and snowboard in pictures are for illustration purposes only and are not included in the vehicle rental. The included ski/snowboard rack, a Yakima FatCat 6, should fit six pairs of skis or four snowboards. ------ PICK UP & RETURN @ DEN FINE AIRPORT PARKING ------ Pick up and return is super easy with 24/7 VIP shuttles running to and from Denver International Airport. Picking up and returning our car is in a covered facility to keep you out of the elements. We'll send you exact pick up and return instructions shortly after you book the car. PETS Pets ARE NOT allowed in this vehicle at any time - to both protect the vehicle and help future guest's with specific allergies. Any pet hair and pet dander found in vehicles may incur additional fees. SATISFACTION GUARANTEED We do everything we possibly can to make EVERY guest happy with their experience. If you rent from us and you have a wonderful experience, please do us a HUGE favor and leave us a 5-STAR REVIEW. Faqs

  • How do I open the gas door?
With the vehicle unlocked, just press directly on the door--it'll pop right out at you.
  • Are there additional safety features in this vehicle?
For your peace of mind, the vehicle is enrolled in Mercedes-Benz's mbrace Safety & Security service. If the unthinkable should happen and you find yourself involved in a collision or other accident, Mercedes-Benz will immediately try to contact you through the car; if you are unable to respond, emergency services will be dispatched to your location within a minute. You can activate this functionality manually using the red SOS button by the windshield mirror.
  • What do I do about ice and snow?
There's an ice/snow removal brush in the boot of the car; I typically leave it stored in the spare tire compartment, which you can access by lifting the floor of the boot. There's a handle on the floor just for the purpose. The vehicle has a Max Defrost setting on the climate control panel, which I find does a surprisingly good job of clearing things out.
  • I'm heading out to the mountains in the winter. What do I need to know about Colorado's Traction Laws?
You can find official information at https://www.codot.gov/travel/winter-driving/TractionLaw. In brief, this vehicle is legal to drive as-is during the most commonly invoked traction law (Code 15). In the rare occurrence that the state invokes a Code 16, all vehicles on the road must have snow chains, cables, or equivalent equipment mounted. You'll find a pair of snow "socks" in the spare tire compartment of the vehicle, under the floor of the boot. Since the vehicle is all-wheel drive, you can mount the socks on either the front or the rear pair of tires; I'd suggest the rear pair to reduce any possibility of fishtailing.
  • There's a ton of features in this vehicle! How do I...?
If you'd rather not leaf through the vehicle's user manual/reference card in the glovebox, just hit the "i" Info button in the windshield console (next to the red SOS button). You'll be connected to a Mercedes-Benz Product Specialist that can guide you through any of the vehicle's features. This service is already paid for on a subscription basis, so you no need to worry about any charges.

I’ve never drove in a snowy state, this car made me feel so comfortable and safe. Not to mention the luxury to add on top. Hands down, loved the car and it’s technology as well.

Dylan's mercedes was a great car for our trip to Breckenridge and Colorado Springs. It made it through quite a bit of snow without any mishaps. Great traction (without snow tires) and high enough off the ground to not act as a snow plow. The defrost worked great along with the seat warmers! Pickup with easy and uneventful which is always great.

Eric H.-Oct 27, 2019

Smooth transaction from start to finish. Dylan was great about communicating. Will definitely use again

Seeing my son in Breck it snowed about 8in the car handles beautifully would rent from Dylan again!

Kathleen A.-Oct 11, 2019

The rental was great. Communication was excellent and we appreciated the phone charging cables. Pick up and return was kind of confusing but that is due to the size of Denver airport and the offsite parking structure. Now that I know the process, it will be smooth next time. The offsite parking structure staff are very friendly and very helpful with Turo. Overall an excellent experience with Dylan and renting from Turo DIA. I will be back.
