I do remote key handoff. I will require your drivers license and photo per Turo terms - https://support.turo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115001847347-How-do-remote-key-handoffs-work- Also I ask that you photograph the odometer before and after your trip and let me know if you went over mileage. I am flexible with mileage but we have to discuss it first. Generally I am fine to reduce the rate for good renters
For Fastrak and bridge tolls this car uses Autotoll - no transponder but you can go through the fastrak lane and the plate will be photographed. You will get a reimbursement request for the toll a couple weeks after your trip ends, at the normal cash rate. so don't be surprised and please accept it, to keep things moving smoothly along, thanks! Note this does not apply to toll roads especially in Southern Calirfornia or for parking garages. Just the bay area bridges.
Pets ok. Please keep them in a carrier... and you MUST clean up after them. NO EXCEPTIONS! I will charge you if there is pet hair because it's really bad for the next renter.
Pets are ok as long as you VACUMN :)
No smoking. ANYTHING. NO EXCEPTIONS. If you encounter evidence of smoking from a previous renter, please send me photographs immediately, you don't want to get caught with the $150-200 cleaning fee that will inevitably result.
Gas is not included. Whether or not it is full when you got it, and whether is seems to move the gauge, put some in! You used some gas driving around. It goes 12-15 mpg in town and up to about 24mpg highway. There is a very handy Chevron station at 6th and Harrison just a couple blocks from where the car usually is. If it's not full when you get to it you can report that in the app.
If it's not full when you return it you'll pay for the gas plus $10 filling fee
