S415-16540 -SAN “Standard Pick Up”: This is a FREE option. You don’t pay airport “concession fee” like with other car rental companies. Car is parked at 24-hour operated ABM parking lot (1160 Harbor Island Dr, San Diego,CA 92101) It is a the vast open lot across the street from SAN airport. Please use Google Maps to see walking direction (0.4 mi). Our designated parking slots and rows with green cones on the left hand side of the parking lot perimeter (near the water). You do not need to pay for parking. Please return car in the same section. Many of our guests prefer this option. If it does not work for you please see other option. Details instructions and my phone/WhatsApp are on the reservation after booking. We are here to help. -SAN “Convenience Pick Up”: Request trip delivery. Enter address 3225 N Harbor Dr, San Diego, CA 92101. Delivery fee apply. Send us your phone, we will review schedule, staff availability and make arrangement with you for a smooth trip. -Perks: If you stay at the Sheraton across street or attend events downtown or near our location. You can park in our parking for FREE. It will save you time and parking fees. Guidelines

1 - "CAMPSITE RULE" Unlike a traditional rental car service, Turo policy states that you must return the car as clean as it was delivered. We like to think of this as the "campsite rule" - leave the campsite as good or better as you found it, so the next camper may enjoy. This doesn't mean you need to return the car spotless! Most of our guest just taking the time to use a vacuum to tidy up any dust, dirt, or debris left inside. While our main concern is with messes on the inside, (seat confirguration must be returned same way) excessive dirt on the outside will need to be taken care of with a quick gas station or self serve wash. In some cases due to weather or time, we may have to deliver the car to you with some dust on the exterior. In those cases we will provide options to forgo an exterior wash. 2 - NO PET, NO SMOKING OR VAPING No smoking or pets allowed in the vehicles. (Other guests might be allergic). Absolutely no tobacco, marijuana, liquid, etc smoking or vaping in the vehicle. Violators will be pursued for up to the full extent of Turo's $250 smoking fine. For the enjoyment of everyone, we are forced to utilize professional ozone decontamination when this occurs. 3 - GAS MUST BE REFILLED Gas refilled back to same level that you pick up. "Campsite rule". If you are in a hurry and do not refilled the gas. We will charge a pro rata amount of gas cost . No hard feeling whatsoever. So gas might not full when you pick up. Just remember the "campsite rule"

Amazing rental. Easy.

Car was ok. When we received it, there was a message that kept coming up and saying the engine oil needed to be changed soon. The back left tire also had a low tire pressure when we received it and just 15 mins into our trip, the tire pressure had dropped to an unsafe level and a notification popped up telling us that the back left tire pressure was low. I think if the car had been better maintained and checked this would not have been an issue. We ended up taking it to a mechanic who filled the tire up for free, and we didn’t get another alert of low tire pressure for the remainder for our 3 day trip. If the car had been checked and maintained prior to our receiving it, this probably would not have been an issue. Overall the car worked just fine, but the owner needs to pay more attention to its condition.

Parking lot where car is located is about 5-10 mins from the airport, without an Uber/Lyft reimbursement. Car drove fine and breaks felt new. It was easy to connect my phone through the Bluetooth system.

It was very easy to find the lot and the car. It was clean and full of gas. We had one issue with the passcode, but Mina responded immediately and we solved it. It was also simple to clean and return.
