Electric city car, gas engine highway car!
It's an amazing feeling to do all of your normal driving, every day- and never buy gas! With this car, you'll get 30 to 40 miles, every day, without a drop of fuel used! Carefully planned driving can even get up to 50 miles in this car. Pop over to a free ChargePoint network charging station located all over town (and in Tahoe!) and charge it up in a couple of hours. Then, when you need to make extra trips or want to head out of town, just top off the tank and hit the road with up to 400 miles of range! It really is the perfect combination, and unbeatable at this price. Please note, however, I cannot guarantee how much charge the car will have when you pick it up, as sometimes I've only had it for an hour or two since the last guest dropped it off, and I won't require you to charge it before giving it back. I will ensure the tank is full, of course.
It isn't just a way to go cheap though- this car is loaded! Heated seats, leather upholstery, GPS nav built in, bluetooth for your phone and your music, even cruise control and power everything. No "economy class" experience here.
Sure, a Prius gets good gas mileage, but wait til you take your friends out in this, with all 4 of you relaxing in leather bucket seats with drink holders, even back seat phone charging! Not to mention, this car is just plain great looking inside and out. Go ahead, check Turo for something as good looking as my Volt for this price- I'll wait!
It's even quite capable of navigating Reno winters, thanks to excellent ice and snow tires plus traction control. No, it's not quite an unstoppable four wheel drive monster in deep snow, but it's going to get you around Reno's icy slushy streets in all but the worst conditions.
If you want to go electric but need the flexibility to drive any distance at any time, this is hands-down your best choice! Well, okay... the Teslas around here are pretty awesome too, but are they 300-800% more awesome? Nah. But they cost that much.
