The car is not clean or in the best condition for use. Only had it for 3 days definitely needs front new brakes urgently and a full interior and exterior clean. Rims have quite a bit of gutter rash and key wouldn't lock the car by remote had to click the button on the door handle because fob had very little battery, Tommy is a nice guy just can't rely on him to be where he says he'll be, because he works two jobs. Be aware when booking just take plenty of photos.

BUYER BEWARE. Absolutely shocking! The car was beyond filthy. It has damage on every single panel. How I wish I could post the photos I took! I booked to pickup the car at 9am. I messaged Tommy to tell him I would arrive at 9am 1 hour before I arrived and yet when I did arrive he kept me waiting for 25 minute, using the excuse that he was warming up the car for me. When in fact he was clearly coming from somewhere else. The car had multiple different warning lights displayed. Mainly that the routine maintenance was majorly overdue. Which was very obvious by the shocking noises the car made when driving. On the day of returning the car I was called 3 times early in the morning when I was asleep. When I returned the call tommy offered me to keep the car until 2:30pm. I thought the extra few hours in the car would be a blessing. Upon arriving at the drop off location I called tommy, with no response. I was kept waiting for over 30 minutes. I sent multiple texts and messages through the app and called. To which I received absolutely no response. I ended up leaving the key with the building manager as I did not want to waste any more of my holiday waiting on this unreliable person. As I was on my way to my destination I received a message that Tommy has rated my trip. Clearly showing that he had Intentionally ignore all of the contact I tried to make. I believe hoping I would pass on the car to the next person. Who was apparently coming at 3pm. I warn anyone who plans to rent this car to think twice! What a horrible experience!
