Parking details

Aloha! We are in the Honolulu Airport Hotel parking lot, back right corner. Please navigate to 3401 N Nimitz Hwy, Honolulu, HI 96819. It is just about 1000 feet from the baggage claim as the crow flies. It's a short walk, or a very short uber. If you let Google maps route you for walking, it will take you the long way around the block. If you look at the above address on a map, you will see that it's possible to walk through the parking garage, cross the street, and then pick up the sidewalk right to the hotel.  Someone should be there to greet you, if this is not the case, send us a message! The key is in a lockbox attached to the rear window. While you are using the vehicle, feel free to take the window box off and stow it in the trunk.

  • Can I let someone else drive the car?
    Only the person who rents the car is insured to drive the vehicle. If you expect that someone else might drive the vehicle, simply upload their valid driver license to the TURO app. It’s very easy to do. Unfortunately, failure to do this will cause insurance to be void, and you will be personally liable for the full cost of any damage.
  • How do after-hours pickups and drop-offs work?
    We provide convenient options for easy after-hours pickup and drop-off. After booking we will contact you with more details.
  • Need to pick up the car early?
    Simply log into the app and change your pick-up time. Insurance coverage is only valid during the booked time listed on the app. We kindly ask that if you need to pick up the vehicle early that you go into the TURO app and adjust your rental time accordingly. It’s very easy to do. (TURO does not want us to release a vehicle to a renter unless the rental period has started.) Likewise, if you will be late returning a vehicle, you must call and notify TURO at 1-866-735-2901 so that you will be protected with insurance coverage.
  • What if there is damage to the vehicle or I get into an accident?
    Please notify us of any damage or accidents that happen during your rental. We appreciate your honesty and will work with you to solve the problem.
  • Returning a car late?
    If you will be late returning a vehicle, you must call and notify TURO at 1-866-735-2901 so that you will be protected with insurance coverage. Please note that sometimes a vehicle has back-to-back rentals and can be going out only an hour after it’s returned. Any late return will lead to a late return fee according to Turo regulations.

The most AMAZING service ever! My absent-minded (blame it on the pregnancy) partner left her purse and documents under the car seat when we returned the car, and the owner raced over from the other side of the island to unlock the car and return the belongings to us in time for our flight. Truly above and beyond: exceptional generosity and all with a smile. Cannot recommend these guys enough. Thanks Aaron!
