Q: Do I have to return the car clean?
A: The car needs to be returned in the same condition you received it at. If car is returned dirty, a cleaning fee will be incurred depending on how excessive the dirt is. Please do not run the car through a car wash as it may damage the paint(use touchless or hand-wash shops). I offer a post-cleaning extra as well for $20.
Q: Do I have to refill the gas before returning the it?
A: The car needs to be filled to the same amount you received it at. Car takes premium gas.
Q. Is this vehicle available on my selected dates?
A. You can easily view the calendar to see which days the car is available.
Q: Are you able to deliver to the airport or my house/hotel?
A: Yes, and delivery is free with rentals over 5 days. Otherwise, please put in your address and the delivery fee will be calculated
Q: Can I pick up/drop off the car earlier/later
A: Unfortunately, with the amount of vehicles I have to pick up and deliver, bookings must be picked up and returned on time. Late pick ups may result in a cancellation or late fee and late returns will be charged at $50 per hour.
Q: What do I do about bridge tolls?
A: All cars have Fastrak which allows you to drive right through the toll without having to pay. Tolls will be billed to your account after
Q: Can I bring my pet and/or smoke in the vehicle?
A: Sorry, no pets or smoking is permitted in the vehicle. Turo charges a smoking fee of up to $250
