Car is parked in the surface lot at 708 W. Wayman St (lot 101) across from Carnivale Restaurant. Park in any space not marked reserved. There is a hangtag on the mirror to leave and re-enter the lot. Please ensure that this hangtag stays inside the car at all times and is displayed when the car is parked.

I hate being the bearer of a negative review as Dylan was kind once I was able to reach him, but my overall experience with this car reservation was not good: - auto-unlock didn't work and took 1hr to get a hold of Dylan & troubleshoot (to be fair, I did make a last minute reservation) - once the car was unlocked, the smell inside was just unbearable and lasted for the whole day despite driving with the AC and windows open and leaving the windows open while it was parked - there was tape on the outside top of the windshield which made me question the integrity of the windshield, the brakes weren't super responsive, there was a tire pressure alert lit on the dashboard, and there was something loose underneath the car that I'd feel over slight and large bumps - none of this made me feel safe but I was already 1hr late to a work event due to the auto-unlock issue and I white-knuckled and dry-heaved the whole time I was in the car I mentioned all of these things to Dylan and he apologized saying the previous driver must have really impacted the car and he said he'd get the car serviced immediately - I hope that's happened!

Easy to pick up, easy to drop off. Car had a really bad smell that we couldn't get rid of even while blasting ac with the windows open and spraying fragrance.
