To catch the shuttle from the airport, go to LEVEL 5 (the same level as baggage claim) and proceed out to ISLAND 5. Look for a yellow and black FINE Airport Parking Shuttle near the Off Airport Parking area. If you don't see one, hang out for a few minutes and a shuttle will pull up shortly. The shuttles do run 24/7. When you get on the shuttle, let the driver know you're picking up a Turo car and they'll take you right to it. To return the car just bring it back to the FINE Airport Parking facility and the attendant up front will point you in the right direction to park. As soon as you're ready to go, a shuttle will take you from your car right up to the airport terminal with little to no wait. ------ PETS ------ Pets ARE NOT allowed in this vehicle at any time - to both protect the vehicle and help future renters with specific allergies. Very easy pickup and drop off from a parking facility near DIA with a shuttle. I’ve used Turo a lot and this was one of the better shuttle/pickup organizations. Tyler was easy to communicate with and very helpful

The car was drivable sure, however it had a busted tail light, license plate was all bent up, check engine lights were on, and the breaks made a rubbing sound off and on. We did make the owner aware and he didn’t care. Also asked for reimbursement on gas (over 25 dollars) when we know for a fact it was only a quarter tank used and we stayed well under 200 miles (the mileage limit set by owner). Also the service he used for pickup and drop off was a disaster. They first couldn’t find the keys then couldn’t find the car (even though we saw it within 50 feet of the door) overall it was a bad experience and we would not recommend this owner to anybody. Also just in case it means something to a potential renter, the car has out of state plates and the owner has multiple there in Denver, which is where we rented this from. If we wanted a enterprise car we would have used them. In all fairness it would have been cheaper and better to use a car rental service. Also on the inside of the trunk there was something broken and hanging from wiring.

This car has a transmission light on and drives terribly. I was scared driving this car and would give zero stars if I could. Stay away from unmaintained cars and greedy owners who do not care about your safety or life. Tyler should not at all have the opportunity to do put people in danger for greed and you profit. Extreme lack of care about condition of vehicle is a common problem with Turo owners.

This is the first time I have given out anything less than 5 stars. It’s not hard to earn 5. However, communication was virtually absent with the host. I had a pertinent question regarding pickup and I kept just getting automatic replies. I had an issue with the car on the return and tried to contact the host yet again, but got no reply. His cellular number is a business line that he admits he seldom checks. He somehow also has no ability to alter a reservation once in progress. On top of that, an automatic message was just sent to me saying I will owe a late return fee (the car was not returned late). It was just a frustrating rental all around. The car itself was fine which is why I gave 2 stars.
