  • Do you have an overnight drop box for the keys?
    No, all vehicles must be returned back during normal business hours. We require "hand to hand" contact with the keys. Our hours of operation are as follows: M-F 8PM-6PM SAT 9PM-3PM SUN 11AM-3PM
  • Can I smoke in the vehicle?
    No, smoking of any kind is permitted in the vehicle. We have a 100% smoke free fleet. If evidence of smoking is found in the vehicle, then you will be charged the maximum cleaning fee of $250.
  • Are pets allowed in the vehicle?
    No, pets of are not permitted in the vehicle. We have a 100% pet free fleet. If evidence of a pet or pet hair is found in the vehicle, then you will be charged the maximum cleaning fee of $250.
  • Can an additional driver be placed on my rental/trip?
    Yes, but the additional driver has to have an active Turo account and he/she must be added to the reservation prior to picking up the vehicle. All parties that intend to operate/drive the vehicle must be present at the time of pickup. An individual(s) that is not listed on the reservation is considered an UNAUTHORIZED DRIVER(S).
  • Can I extend my rental if I need to keep the vehicle longer than initial reservation details?
    Yes, however the extension must be perform/requested before the trip ends. Once the time expires, an extension request cannot be fulfilled and must returned back immediately.
  • Will a fee be assessed to my trip if I am late?
    Yes. We provide you a 30 minute grace period. Once the trip has exceeded the grace period, then Turo charges a $50 late fee for every hour that it is late. Please be on time as we may have other travelers that may be in need of the same vehicle. Thanks for your assistance:)
  • Do I need to refill the gas tank before I return the rental?
    Yes. It is recommended to please return the vehicle back with the same fuel level as you received it. If you do not, then an additional $9 PER GALLON Gas Service Fee will be applied to the trip. Thanks for you assistance.
