Rules & Guidelines:
1.) No smoking in the vehicle
2.) If you bring a pet in the vehicle, make sure the vehicle is brought back with all pet hair cleaned and removed. There will be a cleaning fee for animal debris.
3.) If you find a ticket, please put it in the glove compartment of the vehicle and alert the point of contact.
4.) TAKE PICTURES OF ALL 4 CORNERS AND ODOMETER OF THE CAR before and after rentals. This is the best way to document the condition of the vehicle before and after your possession. If you don't take and send/upload the requested pickup and/or the return pictures of the vehicle, you will be assessed a $25.00 fine.
5.) You may not keep your personal vehicle at the location of the rental.
6.) If you use any tolls, you will be billed once we receive the bill in the mail.
7.) The vehicle can only be parked in a 2-hour zone permit parking spot.
8.) When returning the vehicle, please make sure you leave the key in the sun visor and lock the car up!
9.) In the case of an accident, please call 240-618-0366 immediately
10.) If you have a slow leak in the tire or require roadside assistance, call the 24/7 Turo Roadside Assistance line, they will be there to help you out.
