Description

A fantastic silver Prius! Great mileage (45-50mpg). Takes regular gas. Cheapest way to get around. AUX in jack! Backup camera. FIrst time renters get $25 off with this code: https://turo.com/c/sjaf2z it only works if you use it to create an account from what I understand. A note on over-mileage: I am absolutely willing to work with you on miles. I give good discounts for over-mileage to good renters who upload the required photos and follow the directions, and inform me about the overmileage Just ask me! Thanks Note this is an older vehicle and has its share of scrapes from San Francisco. It's also parked on the street so it may not be super clean. If you want to get a wash, I'll pay you back for it. Thanks for your understanding!

Guidelines

If you go through a toll plaza pay cash. If you don't you'll be using my fastrak and I will have to charge the toll plus $2 to process the toll, because there are fees on my end and it takes time. Please understand this when you see the reimbursement request, thanks For the golden gate bridge where there is no toll you can pay online to save the $2 by going to https://www.bayareafastrak.org/en/guide/GGBridgeToll.shtml Note to Europeans: please don’t take my Prius to the desert in the middle of summer. It’s not the right car for that. the Prius is an excellent commuting and city car for normal climates. The desert in California, as if it needs explaining, is a furnace. It needs a conventional car. You can destroy the hybrid battery in those environments - batteries are sensitive to extreme heat. It's happened a few times now with my Priuses. Thanks!

I have rented from CJ a number of times now and always have a great experience. His cars are clean, the pickup and return is easy, and the communicating with CJ is straight forward. Will for sure rent again. Thanks CJ!

Had a little confusion with the pickup but C.j. was available to help, so it all worked out. Car could have been cleaner but it was a good value for the price. Drop-off was easy.

This was my first time using Turo, as well as my first time renting with CJ. Despite a few hiccups on my end (poor data), CJ was accommodating and understanding. He was responsive and worked with my gf to quickly check us in and get us on our way. Overall, this was a great experience, despite some technical difficulties.

Overall an efficient trip. Pickup and drop-off was straightforward, aside from the usual downtown SF traffic. Car was easy to use, rides smooth, and came with cables and plenty of storage. Just what I needed for a quick trip. Thanks C.J.!
