Don’t really know where to begin. I questioned his rating at first, because I saw that someone had already rated him low, but they didn’t leave a review as such. Well it all makes sense now. So first he advised he never brings a car back without detailing it first. Well we determined that was a lie. The car came back and I had a rental immediately after. I was looking forward to a detailed or at least cleaned car and boy was I in for a rude awakening. I allowed his extension of a day, so he could continue to enjoy the car. Bad idea? Not really sure, because I feel like the damage was already done. Moving on, I get to the car and noticed that the car is riddled with dead bugs on the front, from his long trip to the mountains. Filled with white dust all over. Tires dusty, as if they weren’t just greased down 4 days prior. Then to the inside. I always open my rear doors first to check my cars in. When I did, the first thing I see is ashes on my seat. Under the ashes were two burn holes on the middle row seats, in two separate spots. From there, I got a smell of spilled beer and after lifting my middle row seat, I see none other than the blue bud light can under the seat. I then look into my third row seat, where I find more ashes all over. My weather mats in the rear were filled with dried sticky fluid. The passenger side rear panel was also stained with beer and other dried liquids. My head liner was touched by the cigar/cigarette they were smoking in the car as well. And yes it is against policy to smoke in the cars. I then look in my front area where I first see ashes all over my front dashboard and a burned front drivers door, from what appears to have been a hot ash burn from the cigar/cigarette. My floors, cup holders, and front holder under my radio was all dirty from ashes, other items and dried liquid spilled around the shifter. What it all boils down to; is the car was given to him in great condition, as I do with everyone. Unfortunately it was given back to me filthy, with cigarette burn holes in my seats, a fight about how he didn’t drive over the allotted miles, and how I would have a hard time proving to TURO he messed up my car. I always take 80 pictures of all my cars before they go out, showing the extensive cleaning I do for all my vehicles. If you choose to rent to this guy, you have been advised.
