Unfortunately Jeremy was 3 hours late. To be fair Colorado got a lot of snow and he had to drive from Silverthorne to DIA. The drop off time was 3:30PM but he wasn’t able to meet until 6:30PM, but traffic should have been accounted for to at least get somewhat close to 3:30PM. Had to kill 3 hours at the airport waiting for him. The car was returned dirty. The interior was scuffed on the sides with a lot of dirt, looked like they used there shoes to kick the door open a little. Also dirt managed to get spread in the interior near the top of the car (where the buttons are). Also I found some gum wrappers cramped in between the seats. The exterior was very grimy from the snow. Gas was not returned at the same level (7/8 of a tank when I gave him a full tank). A yellow triangle with an exclamation point was showing on my dashboard after he returned the vehicle. The alignment definitely felt misaligned (strongly swaying to the right) which is a shame because this bmw is pretty new from the dealership. During the trip he sent me a message saying the windshield wipers were bad and vision was significantly impaired. He strongly suggested letting him buy new wipers and then taking the cost off his Turo bill. This confused me because the car is fresh from the dealer. Upon return of the car he informed me that the wipers were actually good it was just the freezing weather causing the vision to be poor. There were other issues like setting up his phone to the car to play music (even though I provide an aux chord and iPhone adapter). Just seemed like a lot of issues the entire time he rented the car.
