Justin had to have been the rudest guest we have ever had and we've had over 100 guest. He was extremely rude to our staff and did not take care of the vehicle at all. We had one of our team members get into a car accident, which was our priority, that made us fall behind schedule about 30 minutes to get Justin his vehicle. Our staff member called him to let him know he was running behind and he was being so rude to him over the phone and did not get better he arrived with the vehicle. When he returned the vehicle he had to wait about 5-but not more than 10 minutes to get a ride back to the airport and was just going off and cursing at one of our sales girls that took him back to the airport. There was a candy and pastry mess in the vehicle and he didn't even try to return the vehicle clean. Maybe another host will have a better experience with him but unfortunately we can't relate.
