1. The car comes clean and fueled up for each rental. Please return the car in this condition. If the car is abnormally dirty after your rental, you will be charged a cleaning fee 30$-200$ 2. Please do not smoke in the car (Turo charges $250), as We have other renters post trip, All will not want a car that smells like smoke. 3. Please return the car on-time and in the correct location. If there are any issues please message me asap. Thanks.


  • Where is the proof of insurance and registration?
    This can be found in the glove box, inside the Jeep pouch, with the owners manual. Please note that my personal insurance and the insurance provided by Turo are located together. Please provide the Turo insurance if requested.
  • Do I need to fill up the gas or recharge the battery for the car?
    Yes, the car must be returned with the same fuel level or battery level of when it was picked up at the beginning of the rental. If the car needs to be refuelled or recharged, the cost of the fuel/charge and a $10 service fee will be assessed. Thanks.
  • Is there anything I should consider?
    -Unusual wear and tear will be billed. -Any traffic tickets and toll tickets will be billed.

Mixed bag for this first rental. Mercedes was not available and in the shop. Was informed of that 2.5 hours before the trip. Quite disappointed as I was looking forward to the “Mercedes c class “ experience. Was given an Audi with unlimited km. Car was not the cleanest. Smelled like smoke and had a huge tire left in the trunk. Full of bird droppings. Had to take it through the car wash. Overall somewhat disappointed...

I had an incredibly negative experience renting this car from Kendell to the extent that I chose to end the trip after only 3 days into a 12 day reservation. I really did not want to return the car as it meant a huge inconvenience for me but felt I had no other choice as a result of all the issues I was facing. The pick up process went well although Kendell was slightly late and I also had to pay a small fee for parking which I was not informed about. Upon getting into the car I was met with an incredibly strong smell of cigar. I also saw that the interior did not look very clean. I thought the smell would eventually go away after cleaning the car a bit and leaving the windows open. Try as I might I was not able to get accustomed to the strong smell which did not get better even after taking the car to get an interior vacuuming and cleaning at my own expense. The car was also dirtier than I initially expected as I was later to find wrappers, food crumbs and sticky areas in multiple parts of the car. On top of all of this the car was not in great condition as it constantly reminded me that it was overdue for service, that the break pads needed to be checked, and that the tire pressure was very low. Ultimately I decided to end the reservation early which is something I've never done when renting a car. The only positives were that Kendell was quick to reply to my messages and also agreed immediately to modifying my reservation to end early. I will definitely not be renting again from Kendell and will think it over before trying out Turo again.
